A native of Dallas, TX, Jamil Glenn has been a career accountant serving fortune 100, fortune 500 and small business owners alike. He grew through the ranks of business operations and accounting learning the essentials of managing expenses (payables), income (receivables) and the importance of cash management. In the cash intensive energy sector, asset management is crucial. Jamil has founded Perennial Profits Advisory Services to deliver these well worn lessons of accounting and management to small businesses to help them move to the next level of profitability. Perennial Profits will deliver financial discipline and operational efficiencies to our clients. We leverage pivotal data insights, mine meaningful metrics and combine leadership coaching to be a catalyst for your business growth.

We offer bookkeeping, cashflow management, and accounting clean ups. We also offer financial reporting, dashboard services, and executive coaching.

Jamil is passionate about mentoring young men and promoting fatherhood as a cure to many of today's social ills. He serves as an advisor on the board of ALM Foundation Texas, a non profit.
